By accessing and using Obra-BU ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To upload artwork, you must sign in via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You own your art. Obra-BU does not claim ownership of any artwork uploaded to the Platform. By uploading an image, you grant Obra-BU a limited, non-exclusive license to display, optimize, and present your artwork on the Platform for portfolio and showcase purposes.

Copyright Infringement (Safe Harbor): You must only upload artwork that you have created or have the explicit legal right to distribute. Obra-BU is a neutral hosting provider. The creator of Obra-BU assumes no liability for copyrighted materials unlawfully uploaded by users. Any artwork reported for copyright infringement will be promptly removed without prior notice.

4. Content Guidelines

Users must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We strictly prohibit the upload of explicitly NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, hate speech, illegal imagery, or stolen art. We reserve the right to delete any content or suspend any account that violates these rules.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Provided "As Is":Because this is an independent, non-commercial portfolio project, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

No Liability: The creator of Obra-BU shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Platform. We cannot guarantee that the server will run indefinitely; please always keep original copies of your artwork.
